Cascais City & Beach Hotel

The stay was fantastic! The location was convenient, only a short walk from the beach and close to several attractions like Boca do Inferno and the Palace of Cascais Citadel. The room was modern and clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging gluten-free options for breakfast without hesitation.

Huge and modern room, had a perfect 10/10 stay for a further 6 nights. Bonus point for a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV with satellite channels. Superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff throughout.

I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options, which lacked variety . The pillows and mattresses in my room were not comfortable, with noticeable stains that detracted from my overall experience.

This hotel boasts a fine location just steps from the beach. Rooms are beautifully decorated and offer generous space. The breakfast-while delicious-is complemented by kind staff who enhance your experience. My stay was made even better by the lovely private terrace with a city view!

A Limited parking availability

The location near the beach stood out . It made exploring the area easy. I loved the comfortable beds in our small double room with a great night's sleep. Staff members were genuinely helpful, offering assistance with any inquiries we had. The breakfast options lacked variety and could have included more choices day to day. While the cleaning was generally good, the toilet brush holder had rust, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The noise from outside was occasionally disruptive, especially in the early mornings, impacting the tranquility I hoped for. Parking was a challenge too. The limited 'first come first served' parking made it stressful to find a spot after a long day out.

the staff was really friendly and offered us free breakfast during check-in. the built-in hairdryer was partially damaged and less accessible for wheelchair users.

The location was fantastic with a beautiful city view. The welcome upon arrival set a positive tone for my stay as a guest. The room was comfortably furnished, with cozy beds and effective air conditioning.

The hotel could benefit from some updates as it showed signs of aging in certain areas.

The hotel is spotless and exceptional, offering a magnificent location right in downtown. A double room with a brilliant-sized balcony has all the basic facilities you need. Excellent and friendly staff, they always have a smile on their faces.
